So tired 😩
Lately I’ve just been so tired. Im usually busy all day but I still get a full 8 hrs of sleep. I’ve been eating healthy for the past month. So i don’t have any sodas or other junk that would make me feel sluggish. When I started I felt great. But these past 2 weeks all I want to do is sleep/rest. Does anybody have anything or know ways I can try to get my energy back?
