I had to post this anon for privacy reasons to the person it’s pertaining too but I seen a post of someone saying they were dating a sex offender and people jumping her s**t. No! I am not ok with that. I have an offender in my family and I trust him to be around my kids 100%

Why? Because I know what he done and why he got the charger. So yes the girl dating the offender that posted on here does need to speak with him! Just because someone is a offender doesn’t mean they would harm a child. There could be multiple reasons as to why they got that charge.

If you’re 18 and sleep with someone who is 16-17 you could get charged (I was 16 when my husband was 18 but we’d been together since I was 12 and he was 14) he didn’t get charged because my parents love him

You could sleep with someone who looks of age and then they turn out not to be (super hard to judge girls anymore guys too) some people look older

Or did you know you can also get charged as an offender if you send a naked anime pic to someone who is underage?

Well you can, that’s what my family member got charged with he sent a pic to a girl he met online in a diff state of a naked anime person. He had the messages she sent him telling him she was 24. She looked 24 in her pictures but even with those messages her parents pressed chargers on her because she was 16 and he went to prison all over a girl lying about her age and a picture.

So no do NOT judge an offender just because of their charge! Listen to them and let them explain why they got the charge in the first place!
