Does your SO text/talk to someone they game with and never met on a regular basis? Does it bother you if it's a girl?

Would it bother you that after an agruement he immediately texted her asking her for advice?

Update: oh I forgot to add, lately he won't talk to me about our issues or his personal but he will talk to her about it.... I told him that makes me feel like I failed as a girlfriend and that he can't confide in me.
