Healthy pregnancy weight loss
Hi ladies, I’m 21 weeks and 2 days with baby #2. My daughter was born 10 months ago. I still had her baby weight. Prior to me being pregnant with my daughter I was 152 lbs. After my daughter was born I weighed 178. Now with baby #2 I weigh 191. My ob told me yesterday that I need to loose weight or bad stuff could happen since I did get pregnant again so early after having my daughter. Any suggestions or ideas on how I could go about this. I don’t know the do’s and don’ts about loosing weight while pregnant. Like what’s healthy to do and what’s not.
