It wont go away until you get antibiotics. If you dont it will spread to your kidneys causing a kidney infection which is way worse.

well i have a uti again. and it sucks. it hurts so bad that i have to sleep with my arm between my legs to feel better. i can’t go and get medicine for it, but i always drink a lot of water. after this uti is gone what are some good products for your lady parts.
