Breast Feeding& wanting to start pumping
My little guy is 4 weeks and I’ve been exclusively breast feeding. I do want to continue BF but start pumping as well to make it easier. Any tips on how to do both and not cause engorgement? The health nurse scared me when she told me about a lady doing both (she increased supply/demand). Thanks!
