Cold remedies?

I’ve been sick for 4 days now and I need some relief. Anyone have remedies for a cold and body aches? I’m 24 weeks.

Vicks in the humidifier did wonders for me with my last cold. You could also use Vicks on your chest it gives me a rash so I had to use it in the humidifier. So did a saline sinus rinse which was unpleasant but I could breathe through my nose all day after doing it.

Didn't your Dr give you a list of meds? You can take Tylenol, Mucinex, Sudafed, cough medicine etc..
