Miscarriage

So I had a blood test done about a week ago, they confirmed I was pregnant. They said my hcg levels were really low, and they wanted me to come back in this week for another blood test to see if they’ve increased. But since last night I’ve had some extremely bad cramps, bleeding and a lot of back pain, headaches, just all of the above. The only symptom that’s bothering me is the bleeding, it’s heavier than my periods usually are.

I don’t know what’s gonna happen at my appointment in a few days?? I’m about 7-8 weeks along and just really nervous bc it’s all unknown. I’m assuming they’ll take another blood test, but do you think they’ll do a sonogram or give me medicine if I’m having a miscarriage? I’m in the dark
