is this a heat rash? it showed up overnight

My baby has that under her neck. Her dr said it was a heat rash. Try to keep that area dry and clean and it should clear up.

My daughter gets that if she spits up and her clothes get wet around her neck. If she lays in the clothes for a long time it can irritate her skin. Her big sister did the same thing when she was little
