How can I tell when I have severe PPA

Like my anxiety is sooo bad. I don’t want to take the baby anywhere bc im scared to death of getting into a car wreck or something with her in the car. Or even leaving her at home while I go to the store! I’ll leave her with her dad and I’m scared that they’ll take a nap at the same time and he won’t hear her crying while he’s asleep or something

I’m crazy aren’t I 😩 I always assume the worst !
