I think I’m having a chemical

I took a few tests yesterday and today and I’m getting faint light lines, went to the doctor for my regular check up ( coincidence) and it was negative at the doctor and she doesn’t want to do blood test yet

I’m due for my period any day now and usually I have a tonnn of symptoms ahead of time but now I’m spotting but my boobs don’t hurt which they normally do days in advance.

Guess I’ll have to see how this period acts
