So nervous for Thursday
I have an interview on Thursday. It’s an important interview to me because obviously I really want the job. It’s a personal assistant and in a very professional work environment. I am trying to do research on the company and think ahead of time what questions that the might ask. But what’s really making me nervous is the professionalism. I work in a very laid back office in education and I am an assistant for another individual but I do mostly that from home without seeing anyone. I am nervous I won’t be able to deliver myself as professionally as I can. I do have an appropriate interview outfit and know how to hold myself but I am just nervous that they are looking for something else. I am fun and like to have fun at work while getting my tasks done in a timely manner. If I get this job, it is in the field that I am trying to get into, on top of getting out of the office job I have now which I don’t like. I know I would be an asset but I am a very nervous person as it is. Are there any tips in showing confidence? What if I get stumped on a question? Again, I don’t think my interview skills are poor, I got hired out of two group interviews for the position I am trying to leave.
