TMI warning. So I usually don’t get pimples but today I woke up with the biggest pimple I’ve ever seen on my chin. And it’s also very painful to touch or to do anything. So please give me advice on how to quickly get rid of it bc I have something important this week. And I cant pop it bc it’s just a giant red thing. And it doesn’t seem like “full” Ik that’s gross but please give me tips. And don’t say like just leave it like actually give me advice plsssss
