Any medics on here?

Just wanting a second opinion really.

I have been unwell since Friday. Coming down with an unusual pressure in my sinuses. On Sunday onwards I’ve had a fever. On Monday I lost hearing in one of my ears, intense earache. Nothing has changed other than developing a sore throat and a blocked nose. However it’s my loss of hearing in one ear and ear pain that’s concerning me. I am on day 2 of steroid / antibiotics spray, but it’s done nothing. I feel like my head is in a fish tank.... And now my other ear is in pain and I’m terrified whatever happened to one ear will happen to the other. What os going on ? 😭 I’m in so much pain 😭

The doctor I saw didn’t see a blockage and eardrum was intact.... but it was red everywhere 😖
