With my first i gave her one until she was about two months, and with my second I never gave him one. While they can be useful I felt like letting them have one would just turn into a hassle trying to take it away and I didnt want any problems. They were fine without it.

My son HATED the pacifier. Would not even consider keeping one in his mouth for more than 2 seconds and screamed and cried. 🙈 I was glad I’d gotten a couple free in baby club/welcome boxes and not actually bought any because he was having none of it.
So yes, we did give him one. He... gave it back. 😂

My son took the passy until like a few weeks old then hated it. All good for me because I wont have to worry about taking it away from him

My first had a paci, gave it up NBD at 2. My second didn’t want one at all till he found one floating in his crib at about 1 year old and discovered it’s purpose lol! He was done with it a few months later when he started using it for teething and ate thru 3 of them. 🤦🏼‍♀️ My third loves hers! She’s 2 months. I bottle feed all my babes so I wasn’t worried about nipple confusion at all.

I tried. My girl wouldn’t take it. We stopped trying by like 3 months.

At like 3 or 4 days old. She started refusing it as soon as she turned 3 months.

My first used on till she was almost one. When visiting family I lost the ones we brought and she didn't even notice they where gone. when I got home we got rid of the rest so we wouldn't have to deal with taking them away when she was older and it possibly being a big thing.
My second is 4 months old and doesn't like them at all.
