Fiberglass in mattress....

I was looking into buying a new mattress when I came across so many reviews, post, and videos saying that many mattresses have fiberglass in them as a fire protectant. Also came across a lawsuit being filed against a company for this issue. Some of the mattresses I already own have this in them. Now I’m not 100% sure that this is safe?
