Chemical or what am so confused

So I had chemical pregnancy on 14jan bled for 2 days not a lot

But bloods hcg was at 15 then @1 next day

Now it seems like am getting faint positive hcg again

With a lot of cm been a week or so OPK tests positives

Too

Question is can u get pregnant with out a period

When would I have conceived
