Abdominal pain. Help!
So I’m 27 weeks pregnant and all day I’ve had this terrible cramping pain in my upper abdomen that comes and goes periodically. I called my doctor who told me it was probably indigestion or growing pains and no concern since it wasn’t lower abdominal. It helps a lot to lay on my left side and I took two tums a few hours ago. Anyone else had this before? Any advice on how to get relief
