Backache remedies?

I'm pretty much at work on my feet all day long and 31 weeks pregnant and today has been the worst for my back.  Anybody any ideas on how I can help it not hurt as bad? I already have a bellyband didn't really help today.  I'm laying down for the night but I can barely walk it hurts so bad. Any relief or advice would be great.   I took some aceteminaphen, but I'm not sure where my heating pad is either. So anything else would be great!

Thanks guys! I ended up messaging my doctor anyway and she gave me some exercises to try to help alleviate the pain.  I also do have a belly band but doesn't seem to help much so what kind of belly bands did y'all have? I may order another. Appreciate everyone's suggestions!

I would recommend calling your doctor. If you can’t walk that’s not a good sign. I had back pain for 12 hours straight and they ended up monitoring me and I was having contractions.

Try to take more sitting breaks if you can. Also try kinesiotaping your belly to help alleviate some of the pressure from your back.

Icy hot wrks, and getting a medicine or birthball really helps me. I'll be 30 weeks tomorrow and I'm also on my feet most of the day. It helps to just sit on it and make hip circles.
