Round ligament?

Someone please help me. So I thought I pulled something yesterday, I went kayaking with my fiance and fishing. When I got work last night I started having this pain in my groin area, it wasn't terrible at first. Today it hurts so bad to walk or move. The couple of people I've talked to said its normal in pregnancy, apparently there's a round ligament in your GROIN. But it's so painful I dont think I can stand it. What do I dooooo 😭😭😭

I have it too! It comes and goes, and has for a long time. Recently it’s been intensifying in pain a little more than usual. It’s annoying and it feels just like a pulled muscle but from my understanding it’s ligament pain. So random lol.

I had this a few days ago! I called my doctor because I thought something was wrong. They said to just use a belly band for support when the pain is bad

I have this too, I didn’t do any type of activity but it hurts to walk, makes me waddle, hurts to change sides in bed. My lower back aches as well.
