Cervix sliding out ?

Earlier today, before I got discharged I went to the bathroom & had to poop. I tried to poop but wasn’t able to and noticed a clot attached to something hanging from my vagina. The clot came out but the nurse told my ob and she seemed to think it was my cervix, it was from swelling and stuff, and that I should rest & do kegels. She said it would be fine. Has anyone else had this happen to them ?
