And posted an NSFW pic on reddit in a group where a lot of people did the same. Should I be concerned for my safety? A few people messaged me and I only messaged one back but immediately didn’t feel like it was a good idea so I deleted my Reddit account. I’m. So. Stupid. 🙄

Um... depends... was your username on reddit linked to any other kind of account? Like did you use the same one anywhere else? You can be found that way and possibly harassed further. People also may have shared this before it got deleted. You know what they say once it's out there you can't ever get rid of it in the internet. Be prepared, people you may know may have seen it. Just saw I TIFU recently about something similar. BUT there are many naked woman pictures out there. As weird as this may sound yours may not gain "traction" and fizzle out as well. Hope it all works out nevertheless. Be safe. Be vigilant for a while.
