16+1. we talked about my 20 week scan and we listened to the heartbeat. 100% panicked because she was using the doppler on the right side of my tummy and around my belly button , the doppler was picking up the heartbeat but i couldn’t hear it. i started to panic. i told her to check the left side and sure enough babies tucked right against my left hip

babies been there since day 1 pretty much. every ultrasound i’ve had or every use of the doppler baby’s been on the left side around my hip. is that normal for how far along i am ? shouldn’t baby be higher up ? she thinks i have placenta anterior as she said we heard the placenta before it picked up on the baby
