Has anyone gotten a BFP after heavy AF?

I had a heavy AF that ended 2 days ago, wasn't feeling well and decided to test. Now i have a BFP, has this happened to anyone? I have a doctors appointment tomorrow. But I'm curious as to how? Please share if this has happened to you, thanks.
