Acid reflux HELP
So throughout the day I’m fine... but once I lay down or even in my sleep I have to wake up and sit up to stop myself from throwing up! It burns and I can feel it traveling up my throat just ready for me to vomit. But it’s gotten to the point where I’m only half asleep because it’s so bad. I don’t lay down until maybe 3/4 hours after I’ve eaten, I have a pretty balanced and healthy diet, and nothing’s change as far as that either. I figured it’s just a pregnancy pain I’ll have to deal with, but does anyone have any advice on how to tone it down or to help get some sleep through the night while I still can lol?
