Pregnant

So last week I found out I was pregnant after

Missing my period and other signs but... I don’t feel or look 6 weeks pregnant I feel like I’m longer gone Iv started to feel things in my belly aswell and sore breasts and morning sickness, I haven’t had any scans yet. In December my period changed from the start of the month (had period start of nov) to the end and I had light bleeding for about 2/3 days which I thought was a period but have recently found out about implantation bleeding, this is my second pregnancy but I don’t really want another baby right now and I’m scared I’m longer gone than I thought?
