Tension headaches
Hi! Was wondering if anyone has trouble waking up with a really stiff sore neck and upper back causing BAD tension headaches.
Did a chiropractor work? Stretching and massages only relieve temporary:( I also try hot showers and heating pads.
If anyone has tips I am so open to suggestions.
