BLW- different type of question
I've seen a few women mention here that their LO "eats what we eat"
And while we aren't exactly to that point yet, my question is..
They say to avoid added salts/sweetener/etc.. what do you do with LO with stuff like chicken? Do you still cook separate and away from seasonings? We are still in the beginning stages of BLW and I'm just trying to figure this out before we start reaching to the point we can say she eats what we eat too.
