Anyone else get horrible back pain during their period?

It gets so bad that I don’t care about my cramps anymore and all I can feel is the lower back pain 😭 right now it’s all I’m experiencing and pain killers did nothing

I get that but I already have back problems. Just being on my period makes it worse. Along with the hip pain. 🙄 a heating pad might help a little bit.

I'll get to the point between cramps and back pain I cant really walk.  Take a hot shower and let water run on my back and it usually helps alot

I wouldn’t say horrible back pain, more like a discomfort.
