I’ve hit a plateau! Help!

Hey guys, I’ve hit a plateau and I feel like anything I do doesn’t help me get past it. I’ve started lifting heavier, spending more time doing cardio and cut out a lot of soda in my diet. Any tips??

I should have said this too, I switch up my workouts to confuse my body...but still, nothing 🤷‍♀️
