I don’t feel pregnant

Hi my name is Kizzy and l will be 9 weeks pregnant tomorrow with my 3rd child. However this morning I woke up feeling weird. I just didn’t feel pregnant. I still have the tender breast and I’m a lil queasy, but l don’t feel like my baby is inside me anymore. I haven’t had any bleeding nor spotting it’s just this weird feeling taking over me. Am l just being paranoid or should I be really concerned?
