Need advice!

So I’ve been trying for a baby and had spotting a few days after ovulation I then had white mucus discharge few cramps and been fine since now almost 2 weeks later I’ve had spotting again with 1 positive and 2 negative pregnancy tests I feel like I have the flu with a head ache and fever and really bad shoulder and pelvic pains my shoulder tips feel like there being stabbed here and there and the same but with a little burning in my pelvic area also getting pains in the breast I took another test and negative still I feel pregnant I’m eating triple what I usually eat and tired all the time I’m worried it could be ectopic and just wanted to no if anyone else has had similar experiences?
