Confused and Let Down

Hi everyone,

I am pretty sure today is 13dpo for me. This test looks to me like I am probably out this month. I don’t know what’s going on. Seven months of trying feels long for a couple in our early 20s. Why is this so hard? What should I do? I am so disappointed
