Okay so I’ll start out by saying my periods have always been pretty regular, even on pills and when I first got my IUD over a year ago. I was never really late, but birth control made my cycle longer.

Alright so, I just got off my period last Wednesday. It wasn’t as long as usual which was a BLESSING.

But that Thursday we had a family emergency, I was working more days than usual because someone called in, and all of my projects were due the same day the following week (present day). So one can only imagine how stressed I was.

Anyways, I wasn’t feeling good a few days ago but I figured maybe it was just a nervous stomach because that always happens when I’m stressed and when someone’s in the hospital.

Well yesterday I started my period AGAIN. It was a full on bloody massacre in my panties, not just spotting. I checked and my IUD is still in place.

Today I’m spotting. But what is going on?? I’ve never had this before or during birth control and I’ve been on birth control for 3 years and have had my period for 7. I’ve never had this happen. Please help!!
