SKIN HELP (self tan advice)

Hey guys I have very pale skin and very dark under eyes and etc I get so many comments saying “I look so tired” blah blah or “you’re an albino” . I’m looking for help for self tan recommendations?? Could it help my dark under eyes from showing to much ? Agh does anyone else have this issue .
