Early labor?? **TMI

I’m a FTM and 38 weeks exactly today and scheduled to be induced Sunday night. Earlier at my doctors appointment they checked me to see if I had dilated any more, but turns out I’m going on about 4-5 weeks of being dilated to 1cm. Later on today I went to the bathroom and my pad was FULL of a yellow-brown drainage/liquid. I changed it and not even an hour later checked it again and it was already half-full if the sane drainage/liquid but it had a pink/red tint to it. Any time they have checked me in the past (even when they’ve checked me multiple times in a day) I have NEVER had any type of spotting or anything. Also, after the appointment I went to the mall but when I got home and checked the pad I was wearing the whole time there was nothing. I didn’t start getting the drainage till about 8 hours after my appointment and I have had ZERO contractions. Could this be an early stage of labor? And should I call my doctor?
