Crying while sleeping

Anyone else's baby crying in their sleep?! My almost 15wk old just started this... his naps are like usual, but nighttime he cries a lot but keeps sleeping. He doesn't seem uncomfortable & it's not his tummy ache cry. Is this part of the 3-4mo sleep regression or this 19wk leap? I can't do a month of this!! I'm holding him most of the night because I can't stand to hear him cry & feeding him pretty much every hour!😧 Only during the night. Daytime is like usual except he's wanting shorter wake windows which I'm assuming it's because he's not getting good night sleep!!
