Supposed to be 9 weeks 2 days today according to my <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">glow app</a> but got the news today that I should be preparing for a miscarriage.

On 1/21 with a vaginal ultrasound they weren’t able to confirm a pole just that the sac measured 6-7 weeks then again yesterday they couldn’t find the pole. Bloodwork today showed my HGC levels went from 50k to 40k.

This will be my second pregnancy first miscarriage. I’m sad and scared and don’t know what to expect. If anyone has any advice please let me know.
