Sleep problems

Al

Does anyone else’s baby wake up as soon as you lay them down for bed at night? My one month old baby girl sleeps in a bassinet beside my bed. It doesn’t matter how much she eats, if she’s swaddled or not swaddled, how long I hold her, or how dead asleep she is when I lay her down. It never fails, she will sleep for 10-15 minutes and then I will have to repeatedly put her pacifier back in her mouth for what feels like an hour until she’s finally in a deep sleep. She will spit it out and then want it back (I can try and feed her again but she won’t eat, sometimes she really just wants the paccy but will knock it out of her mouth) When she finally does go to sleep, she sleeps great (4-6 hour stretches at night, sometimes more). I thought about buying a soothie snuggle pacifier but I’m afraid she’s too young to sleep with it? How is she ever going to sleep in her own room? I can’t stand by her crib for an hour every night putting the pacifier back in her mouth. I can’t stand reaching over the bassinet in bed as it is 😩
