How long did it take for your kid to pee AND POOP in the potty?

I have a newly 3 year old. In just under 3 weeks, I got him to pee and poop in the potty!!! I heard a lot of the time, it takes a lot longer for kids to poop in the potty once they figure out how to pee in the potty. So I'm extremely excited and proud. It took a lot of patience and perseverance.

But hates pooping in the potty. She is 2.5 and still won’t poop in the potty

My first girl I managed to potty train at 18 months (except at night), second I never got to do that with 😇, third was boy and way harder! When I was pregnant unexpectedly with #four I finally got my ass in gear and got him completely potty trained by 3 yrs old and my youngest girl was potty trained by 2. I found making it fun and maybe even going potty at same time helped alot.

She had it down within a couple of days. She was also a late bloomer and wasn't ready until around 3, but once we started it didn't take long at all for her to figure it out. She had 1 accident during nap time that week, but never had over night accidents.

My son potty trained a month after his third birthday. He pooped the second day, no problem and thought it was awesome.  Never had an issue with that at all.

We started at 2.5. He peed in the potty from day 1 on, no accidents. He was 50/50 on poops until about 3 weeks in, he pretended to push his pee out and surprised himself with some poop 😂 since then he realized it wasn't a huge deal and had been on there no accidents. 
Here we are 2 months later and still 100% on the potty, in underwear even when we are out and about. Yay for no diapers (right in time to start all over with baby sister 😂😂)

My Daughter is almost 2 and does wee's in the potty. But she's only pooped in the potty like 3 times and each time freaks out so now when she needs to poo she will say "change" and that means to put a nappy on her. A little frustrating cause I know she knows how to go potty she is just so freaked out by seeing and smelling her poop 😐😂

I feel like when the child is truly ready, they tend to be fully potty trained pretty early on

Within a few days. When a kid is ready they tend to catch on quickly.
