Best products for dry and rough heels?

Does anyone have any products they absolutely swear by for dry and rough heels? Mine are awful. I know a huge part of my problem is I am constantly barefoot. It’s never bothered me before but I’d like to try and make them look a little nicer for this summer.

I just use a pumice stone and then lotion. Has been working great
