I've been having trouble with my boyfriend's twin since day one. I dont know what to do anymore. He's been so sick he'll lay on the floor and I'd give him a pillow and blanket. Our close friend was wrongly arrested and I gave him my shoulder to cry on, even though hes not a crier. I keep trying to do nice things but I dont know what else to do, he's just so mean to me.

Their dad has cancer and only has a few months to live so they are going on one last vacation in the spring, I'm deathly afraid to go though cause of my boyfriend's twin. My boyfriend tries to get me to ignore it, but today he finally snapped after his twin made fun of me for 30mins straight for shaving my head with my aunt who died of cancer 2 years ago, this is just one of the many things hes made fun of me for. It's just really hard and I dont want to ruin this vacation for them, but I dont know what to do anymore.

Please help.

*side note I can't not go with them since their dad already bought my plane ticket*
