Is this a normal Newborn rash?

She was born on February 2nd, and these rashes showed not long after; but more red spots keep appearing.
Does anyone know what this is or if it's a normal rash for newborns to have?

See a doctor and possibly change your laundry detergent to a sensitive one ? Or just was them
In plain water ? It could also be the soap that your using too ?

Are you using any scented wash soap or lotion ? Or maybe even the clothes she’s wearing it can be the detergent your using or if they are brand new clothes you should wash them before putting them on her .. That doesn’t look like baby acne to me , see a doctor !
