I am having bleeding, not like my normal period but not light spotting, when i wipe i always have blood and its going onto a pad but not filling it ir anything.... when i put my period date in it says im 4 weeks and 4 days. I had my first blood draw on tuesday and i was only 4.3 which i know can mean im early into this pregnancy.

I dont want to go to the ER but this is my first and i have no clue whats going on...

Am i have a miscarriage? I have no cramps or anything
