Is it true that you are more fertile after a miscarriage ?

I lost my baby last month 💔 we really want to try again asap. Is it true that you are more fertile after ? Guess I’m looking for some sort of hope / reassurance

It’s hard to say bc each woman is different and each pregnancy is different so it really depends on how far along you were and the circumstances...I think you’re more likely to get pregnant right after you MC the less far along you are so under 8 weeks I’ve had many friends get pregnant right away before they even got anothe period. Me however have had back to back MCs and d and cs and got pregnant the second cycle after my d and c and I was 11 weeks.

I miscarried in September of 2018 and conceived again the end of October.
Found out I was pregnant 2 month after my miscarriage. I ended up getting my rainbow baby.
It really all just depends on your ovulation.
I had an eating disorder for a long time in life and my fertility is still really iffy. I think I conceived my son by some sort of miracle. 
I'm going to be honest with you, I wasn't trying to get pregnant after a painful miscarriage. I literally had sex once afterwards close to Halloween. And I just wasn't really even wanting sex. I was still grieving.
Sometimes things happen by chance. 
Some doctors will recommend waiting a few cycles until trying again, but it's all up to you and what you are comfortable with.
