Yes, I even use one too. Since having my first 11 years ago my brain flipped a switch and I’m a light sleeper. I feel like my mom ears are always on, to hear a cry for help, therefore I hear everything and can’t fall asleep. Mine is white noise. My 2 littlest listen to rain, my oldest listens to water and my older middle prefers the quiet of his room. I find that ironic because he has major sensitivity to certain sounds (they make him CRAZY upset) and I would think he would prefer to drown nighttime noises out. 🤷🏻‍♀️ 
They’re helpful, but habit forming. You’ll take it everywhere while still so young. It’s been a life saver for my last two. I wish I had them with my first two.

We have one that goes all night long! Both my sons use them.  If one wakes and starts making noise,the other will stay sleeping even being right next to eachother.  I feel like its helped my kids sleep better and fall back asleep at night!

My camera has white noise on it (along with other music & sounds). I had the air conditioner in my room when he was born so he was used to the noise so when I moved he wasn’t sleeping the same so I searched white noise machines that sounded like the ac - then I found my camera with it all together & it was the best purchase I ever made 🙌🏼
