Ttc after d&c

Has anyone ttc after their d&c before their first period? Had my d&c 2 weeks ago today and Dr said wait 3 weeks to do a pregnancy test and aslong as it's negative we can ttc again, however she recommend waiting for first period for dating purposes only incase I get caught.

Just wondering if anyone has ttc before their first period after a d&c and got caught and went on to have a healthy pregnancy? Thank you ❤️
