For those who have adjusted schedules to fix early morning wakings...
Did it get worse before it got better? My LO has always been an early riser. We had an issue with 4:30am wake ups for a long time. He finally started sleeping til 6-6:30 about a month ago(bedtime was 7) but that only lasted about two weeks... then he slowly started to wake earlier and earlier. First 5:45..then 5:30, now it’s closer to 5 or 5:15 😭 I’ve started adjusting his bedtime about 15 mins later each night but he seems to be waking earlier every time I do that. I don’t know if I should keep adjusting or go back to his old bedtime. How long did it take for your LO to make the adjustment???
