Hard poop after solid
Hi mama’s. For those who started solids, how’s your LO’s poop? Mine’s hard like a rock! I wonder if an making the food too thick. Most times he’s grunting when trying to poop.
Also he drinks enfamil AR and i know that contributes as well because it’s very thick, I try to add more water to he’s formula as well
