I’m 4 weeks today and have mild cramps sore boobs and slight backache

I’m 4 weeks tomorrow and I’m definitely feeling the low back pain this past week. Some breast tenderness but not bad. Hot flashes like once per night, and nausea just started today. I’ll take every one of these symptoms gladly. This is after a chemical.

My upper abs are slightly sore and I don’t exercise. So weird. Sometimes it feels like my pants are a little tight on my stomach so I go to move them and there’s nothing there. It’s just a sensation.

Woke up this morning with hard cramping and back pain so bad I couldn’t go back to sleep.

Really bad nausea, so tierd I feel like it's bed time as soon as I wake up in the mornibg, soar boobs and nipples, strong sense of smell, easy to gag, I think that it right now all of these started 4.5 weeks or sooner and getting stronger I am 6 weeks now
